The demolition derby was great in GRID, not too sure what this is about yet. I usually ignore trailers that are made of rendered footage.

not going to buy any CM game after the dirt 3 and F1 crap they did,but if grid 2 comes out and that's good i will buy it.

It will be good but I'm not putting up with CM and their bull$hit any more. Year after year they release software that is plagued by the same bugs yet they can't fix the problem.

yeah arc, that region blocking was real stupidness

I had to get Messiaah to gift the game for me using some guys USA based steam account.

Well the most obvious one, the corrupt save game bug. You know what its like to have your saves get corrupted after the last race of the last season in career mode? These games randomly corrupt my saves every so often. I eventually turned off the autosave feature so it doesn't happen as frequently, but it still happens when I manually save at times. I had this problem in DiRT2, F1 2010, DiRT3 & F1 2011. Thats four  games and I've reached my breaking point, that's it for me and CM's games for a while. Strange thing is that the same fix works since DiRT 2 yet CM can't fix the problem :/

interesting, didn't realize was all that pressure and pain

thanks for the headsup

was thinking of doing a dirt3 event in Q1 2012, will definitely scrap plans for that.

It's hit and miss really, sometimes game would work for days without problem then sometimes I had my saves corrupt twice in a day. This problem wouldn't really hamper an event as I imagine there would be no reason to shut down the game.

It's more of a personal thing than anything else. The way I see it, they had four years to fix the same problem yet they couldn't do anything about it. I had enough and I can't continue to support negligent developers like this. I won't advise anyone to not get there games as imo, they are still the best semi-realistic racing game developer.

This brings back all those sweet memories of playing demolition derby in GRID. If they keep the DiRT 3 control and physics it will make for some really fun matches.
