I hope that Kof:Maximum Impact won't turn out to get the same respect as the Street Fighter EX series.

hmm the normal sites are late as usual....anyways here is info i have come across over the past week.

SNK will showoff KOF : MI and reportedly will show updated footage from their first atomiswave title KOF NEOWave. Also Samurai Shodown Special is reportedly gonna be shown also. All 3 titles are expected to hit the PS2 later on this year.

The X Box seems to be getting  the works as far as fighters are concerned. KOF 2002&2003 , SVC Chaos ,Guilty Gear XX #Reload , Hyper SF Anniversary Edition and Street Fighter 3 : 3rd Strike are all X Box bound.

SVC, GGXX#R,HSF and 3S WILL BE GETTING THE LIVE TREATMENT ( sucks to be a dc and ps2 owner for 3s).

I'll be bumming for an X Box before year's end it seems.

Yeah for real. That part is very lame. You need one just to activate your LIVE account, even though the first year is free. I mean for people that have cc's that is fine, but a good bit of the gamers out there dont.
But on the plus side, it is quicker than having to mail in a bankdraft or something and having to wait a week or whatever for them to accept, verify and activate, or even using paypal or something, for those with bank accounts :P.
But it really just looks like a scam to ketch you offguard the following year by just debiting your account without your permission unless you explicitly say you want to cancel the account.
