English dubs in live-action movies are usually pretty bad. And this is coming from a guy who watches just about all his anime dubbed when he can. With that said, I watched this one in English and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
Oh, and the movie was amazing. Action movie junkies would be foaming at the mouth while watching this one. Story wasn't very deep, but who cares when the action was as well choreographed and performed as they were here. It one-upped the original in just about every way.
9 outta 10 from me.

I acquired it last night, put it on and realized about 5 mins in I had no idea what was happening. So I took it off, acquired the original and took it in. It was BAD!!! Reminds me a bit of ong bak with its rawness in the choreography.
So tonight, I shall take this in. But at 2 1/2 hours, I wonder if I could make through the entire thing in 1 sitting.

What a bloody masterpiece. Some of the best fights I've ever seen on film. First movie was great but this was just on a whole new level of awesome.
Pretty much what Rage said above. Bad voice acting would have distracted me way too much. Didn't want to endure that for a film of this caliber. That's just me though.

Ditto what Rage said on all counts especially the anime part, thought was just me :laughing7:
Definitely escalated from the events of the first. Way more gritty and even more brutal. Those last 2 fights had me thoroughly satisfied.
