Call of duty advanced warfare leaked video and images.

http://www.express.co.uk/news/science-technology/472074/First-picture-of-almost-lifelike-Call-of-Duty-on-Playstation-4-PS4-and-Xbox-One-revealed

While the image only shows a close up of one soldier and a partial shot of another in the background it reveals almost lifelike graphics.

The unnamed title is the first game in the hugely popular series to be developed solely for next generation consoles the PS4 and Xbox One.

The almost photo realistic graphics were showcased by Sledgehammer Games, who are making a CoD game for the first time.

First glimpse of new Call of Duty game on Playstation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One
It was unveiled at a Game Developers Conference 2014 panel titled Quest for Quality: Maximizing the Relationship Between Creative and Production.

Publishers Activision had previously said the latest CoD would be the first game in the series to be developed as a "priority" for the latest consoles.

Activision chief Eric Hirshberg said: "Obviously in the console-transition year, anyone who developed a cross-generational game last year had to deal with the fact that the technology of the next-gen platforms was still coming into focus and changing quite a bit during the development process.

"Now that we have the next-gen hardware out in the marketplace and solid, that is our primary development."

The new Call of Duty title is expected to be released in November later this year when the latest CoD games invariably arrive in shops worldwide.

It follows in the footsteps of last year's Call of Duty: Ghosts which was the second best selling game of 2013.

In the space of a few months it sold 12.71million copies worldwide.

That game was the first CoD title to be released on the PS4 and Xbox One but it was also developed for previous generation consoles.

It was released on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and the Nintendo Wii U.

The CoD campaigns always had some decent pieces like horse back riding, sticky gloves , gliders, low gravity this one apparently have bikes and some kinda super jump thing.

Problem is they never put them into the mp, hopefully sledgehammer do something different with the mp.

Ahm...no.  Not always.

I won't even waste time/effort/bandwidth/HDD space on this.

Call Of Duty has been run into the ground.
Activision has shown, time and again, that they have no respect for me, or my money, so I'll be keeping it.

...but the fanbois keep voting with theirs, so take what you get.

After the debacle that Ghosts turned out to be, you trying to tell me people STILL willing to waste their money on this atrocity of a 'franchise'?
I dunno nah, gamers could be the stupidest shit-shanks sometimes...truly mind-boggling in their faggotery.

Everybody have their preference eh. And if somebody want to buy cod am willing to bet its because they enjoy the game.  U think its a coincidence that cod outsells your favorite game?  Nope. I enjoy it and I will be getting this one. I even enjoy ghosts.
Hopefully the new 3yr development cycle means we will get a better game.  Idk why but it is now considered cool to hate on cod and people that play it.

Still unsure if ah gettin this one because sledgehammer  play  ah hand in mw3 and that was real utter ass. But yh it cool to hate on the popular stuff. Funny thing is most people that hate on CoD enjoyed it at some point. Yet they can't grasp that the exact way they used to like it there are those just getting in to it and those who never stopped liking it.

'...hate on cod'?

'Hate' is a precious commodity.

I don't waste it on this piss-poor excuse for a franchise or it's fans.

Everyone's going to like what they like, regardless.

...but I guess you're 'cool' if you like cod, ent?   :)

This is some nonsense right here. It might be cool to hate on the popular stuff for the hipsters and the anti-mainstream crowd, but I think those that do not buy into the mindless franchise rehash can assure you that yes - the first modern warfare was the height of the series; it's really *not* a broad generalization to say that everything that followed was all cash-grab and little to no innovation.

I doubt its that "they can't grasp" that the persons who enjoy the new iterations enjoy them because these new games are better/different than the previous titles; can you really say that there's more being added than just a fresh coat of "shiny-new-more-filler" every year? I tried to like MW3, and I had a little fun with it. Then I played BF3 - apples to oranges, yes, but the disappointment is still relevant.

Far be it from me to tell anyone what to like and why - just call a duck, a duck. It IS a cash-grab rehash. It does look ok. I will torrent and take the campaign for a spin. After the catastrophe that was and is BF4, triple-A titles will not go thoroughly unscrutinized.

Mass consumption is not cool; being popular is not cool - it is a standard or a common denominator for a large user base. Just to wrap up I'm not attacking you, but addressing your points that I do not agree with. Enjoy what you enjoy, but don't make assumptions or suppositions as to why I or anyone else should not take issue with your preferred medium.

Well at least it's running on a new engine, we'll see how it goes...

http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidthier/2014/05/06/call-of-duty-advanced-warfare-will-feature-brand-new-engine/

'Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare' Will Feature Brand-New Engine

Anyone who thought that the Call of Duty game engine has started to show its age will finally, at long last, be getting a reprieve. The series ran the same (albeit improved) engine throughout the entirety of the Xbox 360/ PS3 generation, and those fans that notice this sort of thing took that as one of the biggest problems with the series — that Activision was essentially re-skinning the same game over and over. Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the first title in the series built specifically for the Xbox One and PS4, and it’s going to be powered by brand-new tech.

“We’ve had two and a half years to create brand-new tech to control and support this game,” Sledgehammer audio director Don Veca told Game Informer. “It’s something like 10 times the memory since this is next-gen. With all this extra memory and new mixing technology, we don’t have to compress everything. We can make things longer and let them breathe.”

so you're saying...even the PSN+ can be shared??

That is, two people can play online multiplayer while only paying for one PSN+ subscription??

madness

Quote
However, this is where the loop-hole comes into play. If you make your friend's PS4 the primary console for your PSN account, every user on his PS4 can access your content - including his own PSN.

Once your friend's PS4 is the primary console for your PSN account, your PSN account on your own PS4 will be a "secondary" account. In order to use your content, you must always be signed into PSN. If you aren't, the apps will be suspended for ~30 mins until it detects connection again. Also, if you have any other users on your PS4 such as siblings, they won't be able to access your content.

Interesting point about being online to use the feature. I don't think having to be always signed in is a big deal though, thanks to Flow's reliability.
