Title: Phillips Wants The Wii U Dead!

Ok so I dunno how many of you guys know this already, but Phillips just won a bullshit court case against Nintendo a few days ago over tech for a pointing & camera device.  The fact that they won baffles me when stepping back & looking at all the elements at play here. I wish that were the least of our problems though as Phillips is getting pretty cocky now & is demanding a complete & total BAN on EVERYTHING that is Wii & Wii U in the USA, from manufacturing to sales. I'm talking games even. I'm pretty sure most if not all of us trinis own american Wii U's as well, so if this goes through we could be in trouble. What do you guys think about this?

Hopefully Nintendo will settle or buy out phillip. They have enough cash to do it.

You know, I completely glossed over this issue on another site, but now that I've read it, all I can say is 'ah boy Nintendo...time to jump out'.

Nintendo has a long history with Phillips im surprised it got this far but know they will work it out.
