This is an excerpt from a script review by Tarantino.

"Kill Bill is about "The Bride" (Uma Thurman) who seeks revenge on Bill after he slaughters everyone at her wedding and leaves her for dead. Her apparent dying words to him are that she is pregnant, and it’s his baby. She of course doesn’t die, but lies in a coma for 5 years. Bill is an expert swordsman and deadly assassin, as is The Bride. Why he wants her dead isn’t known at this point. There are other characters as well. The Bride seeks her revenge on all of them. The story is also a little more (and I mean just a little) complicate than that, but I’ll leave you with your imagination. "

he would have been in the 70's tv series Kung Fu
besides i see it as david carradine gained cult status as cain

it's been split into 2 volumes
when tarantino made it,it ended up being roughly three hours long
so he decided(or the studio execs did) to split it in to volumes
each being roughly an hour and a half ala the marix sequel(s)
expect the second volume of kill bill to come out in february

Aside from Uma Thurman, all but 2 of the characters in the movie died. I mean literally, the movie didn't waste any screen time on anyone who was not going to fight/be killed by The Bride. Once yuh see someone face onscreen for more than 10 seconds, yuh could be sure they would taste steel by the end of the show.

It's that kinda movie.

I saw kill bill and my word...it was a very disturbing film.

Tarantulanino likes nothing better than making a bloody, morbid and disturbing film.

That man has issues dread. Serious issues. I rather meet Mike Tyson in a dark alley than Quintin.
