One question as i sent an email being interested in this deal. I was currently in the process of downgrading from my 60 Mbps because it was too expensive too maintain, but through this deal i will attempt to keep it. My question is will this offer affect my next immediate bill?

so for this whole month gaming on flow has been horrible and my dota mmr has been suffering from it with the constant connection issue im hoping with this upgrade flow fixes that issue.

So like. I signed up for the discount, FLOW called (yesterday) and said it would be available after 30 minutes.
After resetting my modem, flushing and renewing dns, etc. Still 45mbps.
Called back FLOW, and they said I need to speak with Carigamers, they can't do anything ... :(

There's definitely no contract. I've switched plans on 2 occasions and it was a same-day deal. Within an hour or 2 of switching my plans, I got activated and billed accordingly. Haven't had any financial mess-ups with Flow as of yet. This, however, is my second day of waiting for this GATT package, and I've yet to get a call from Flow or see my speeds change from 45 to 60. There was a moment last night when I though magic was happening because my modem reset itself. Turns out it was just Flow shenanigans. Went without internet from 9 PM to after midnight. Still on 45/3.

Amazing deal and got my service quickly. I always had the 60 package so this discount is much appreciated. However since I signed up for this my PS4 speed test speeds never cross 10Mbps. Granted before the most I would get is like 30 but I was at least able to use share play once in a while now I can't at all? Anyone experiencing anything like this or is it just in my head?

When I play Diablo the latency bar is often orange and sometimes goes red and in rare cases the connection drops, and this is on a 30Mb Flow connection. Currently the only way I can game lag free is when I switch to my 1Mbps Blink which is sad really. This is the only reason I didn't cut off my Blink service, even though the Flow ping is less it's useless because every game lags when I use my Flow connection. Obviously the bandwidth is not an issue if gaming works just fine on a 1Mbps Blink but it would really be great to not have to switch LAN cables all the time or have to pay for two Internet connections.

Can you help out this individual? this leet pirate is a long time friend of mine he has had disconnect issues with flow for over 2 years just like me his pings are horrible he complained to flow a trillion times and nothing happened it was so bad that he was recently diagnosed with hypertension by his doctor which was linked to Flow.
All I can say Admin is upgrading to this 60mb has somehow magically solved my disconnects and lag and every issue, this 60mb is a gamers dream. This is the only reason I will be sticking with flow and not switching to Digicel.
Can you get my friend this upgrade? he has a medical condition and this morning his blood pressure was very high because of the issues he has been having with Flow. His doctor even advised him to disconnect his Flow.
If you can upgrade his service as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated.
Last year December he was in the hospital due to this issue, I am only asking this because of severe medical problems he encounters with uncontrolled hypertension. If you can have it done by today would be very much welcomed sir.

Flow called and I got through with the upgrade a few days ago, but unlike the others here posting screenshots of their speedtest results I've yet to see even 30mb download speeds (most I've gotten is 27-28mb).
I know I got the upgrade, as my upload speeds went from 3mb to 5mb. But my download speeds are not even reaching half of my new advertised speed.
This is regardless of time of day (peak evening/night time, or off peak during the day), or server used (local or US server location).
However, the speed I'm getting now is double what I was getting previously on my 30mb package, as the speed I got on that old package never passed 15mb, so I guess it's probably just my area (Montrose/Edinburgh Gardens). :crybaby2:

That in addition to flow having terrible service. Received a ban on my league account weekend gone because of CONSTANT disconnects. Cannot even play clash of clans or clash Royale. from connection issues.
Was hoping the 60 mb might help, but based on some comments it seems a waste.
Flow frustration is not worth it.

What area are you from LeetPirate? I'm from the couva area and the internet is generally good here most of the times, compared to my friend who lives in chaguanas and always had problems with his flow internet around peak times. I signed up almost 3 days ago, I hope they haven't forgotten me. lolol

Usual time frame is a approximately 48 hours or 2 working days for someone to call you to confirm the package upgrade but it may take longer due to the amount of Gamers that have subscribed to the package. We have received a notification through one of your friends: EvanKimori about this as well and have put your information out to the relevant ppl to follow up. So you should get some call once things have been put in place and if any assistance is needed afterward we will be happy to help you with our VIP tech support and also the special is not coming to an end anytime soon if so we would make sure to notify the community but it is not. :mellow:

called tstt to disconnect but the damm csr said disconnection takes a month during which time i will have to keep paying for the extra month i think i may have to report that to TATT its very unfair that customers have to pay an extra month because they will take a month to disconnect

Hey man thanks a lot' i'd really appreciate that... today they came by and attempted to change the modem, they changed it twice and i'm currently getting like 16mbps, when I'm paying for 45mbps...Hopefully the 60mbps upgrade will assist me a bit with the speed.

But it did earlier this month, and the download speed has been averaging around 50mbps lately (initially it was closer to 60 - say, 58ish).

Last month I received a Flow Bill for $300 plus dollars.
This month $391.29
Intersestingly my speed never increased but my Bill did. When I called Flow they indicated that they need to check this out.
