Hey...  I wanna see who is the best photoshop user out there!!

I want you to make something... everything the same... I wanna see who is the best out there on gatt

Ok.. so i want a rainbow in a sky in the background.... Then up front in the midle Rainbow glimmering and shiny...  and please dont put by New era outlaw and stuff like that.... Thanx in advance

AND REMEMBER THIS IS ALSO A REQUEST  :-P  :P  :-)

na i usin it for *cough*come personal isues*cough*... so dais why i doh wah de names so na.... But when de sig battle done ah still eh go mind it  comin in ah bit late so.....
