Ok... now alot of ppl think George ain't the smartest president the US has ever had... well I think most of the world thinks that but regardless, I think the mans heart was in the right place... but like alot of things he does, there's either an underlying reason or just bad implementation (can u spell Oil in Iraq and Homeland Security with an east cost wide open??) Anyways its a weird and almost stupid kinda scene but have a read, it'll either piss u off as another Bushilliant moment or maybe a good idea gone awry:

PRESIDENTBush has made it a crime to post annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity.
The law is buried in the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act. Criminal penalties include stiff fines and two years in prison.
Under the wording you are allowed to flame someone if you use your real name. But there are also a few problems with the wording.
The law makes it illegal for anyone who: "utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person." So getting a good conviction is dependant on people agreeing on what is the meaning of the word annoying.
The law is designed to prevent cyberstalking, but having a look on Usenet, I think this one is going to make for some very interesting court cases, if it is possible to enforce.

yeah, so when i plan on cyberstalking someone, ill use my real name, so that, i wont be prosecuted by THIS law.

lets say you post something anti-bush, or 'anti-america' on a website, anonymously...
two weeks later, the blimp over yuh house, and yuh pc being carted away to the embassy in a black left hand drive ford explorer..
you, on the other hand, heavily sedated, wearing a adult sized diaper, and on a one-way CIA sponsored trip to Guantanamo Bay.....
far fetched, yes... but hey.. it could happen...

That's funny and scary at the same time... what i'd like to know is how you know what car/suv would pick yuh up... I hope its not from experience....

bush is a puppet of the the government, i'm not man at him, just have alot of pity for him because he is so easily munipulated. poor guy.

Doh feel poor for him, he have de choice to do the right thing, if is scared he scared let him find another job, if he fraid to get lick down dai he prob, but too many ppl suffering from him doing the wrong things and not doing the right!!

bush doesn't make the ideas himself you know, he has a whole conssulate. basically they give him the ideas and discuss it with him, then he makes the decision to act on it. as you can tell he's not the smartest when it comes to presidents, so his actions is basically some one elses, and even though he is the president, the bill will still have to go through the senate who will make the final decision. so yeah all the blame shouldn't belong to bush alone......................... even though i hate his guts.
