Title: New System? N-Gage?
Post by: ShinIori on October 19, 2003, 02:48:28 PM
You may have heard this before but I think it has been made by Neo Geo/Playmore.
KOF 2003 and Some other games are coming for it.

Son the N-gage was created by Nokia and no there are no current plans to bring the King Of Fighters franchise to it.

So far the sales of the N-gage have been floundering on all fronts.

The GBA-Sp 0wnz all.

lol even i knew that the Ngage was made by nokia.
i dislike the way you need to purchase the games for the ngage online and dl  them to your phone, too much hassle.
for now i think the best way to go is just, assuming you have a decent GSM phone, get goboy and play gameboy roms on it.

i dislike the fact that for the ngage in order to change the cartridge of the game you have to take out the battery first

in most stores you can expect to see some type of ngage advert. its rediculous. so far all ive seen are 5 games and they are games that have been out a long time now. i wonder why designers think that its a new product it will appeal to a larger market than the gamer market?
i yet to see ONE person with a ngage and in england if a phone is popular youll see everyone with it. last yeah everyone had a 8310, this year its a 7250 and the new ericsson. just like all their other mp3 phones this is dead.

at first i thought, if you want a portable gaming device, go buy a gba-sp, its the same price right now, bout 100 usd, but then i thiught, hmmm it has mp3, radio, phone capabilities, there is even a function for you to record songs off the radio in mp3 format.  all these things made me think about the product, i mean have you seen the prices of mp3 players in trinidad? have you seen mp3 players in trinidad at all?? but then i realised that with all those features, the memory capacity must be really small, on the whole, i think only a few rich children parents gonna buy it for them, i sure as hell dont want one, i'd rather get all the components separately.
