It seems that there is a ps3 in existance, but we would have to wait a long time for it to be released in to the wild. The ubermachine may not be here as soon as we expect. Sony has reportedly decided to wait and get the system out second or third, while nintendo seems keen on having the first new machine out the gates, (my guess is because the cube did so teribblyon the market), with the xbox2 close behind. So while work continues on the ps3, and its first games are in the planning stages, don't get to hyped about it just yet.

ps oh and if you all do find out any new info on the ps3 can you all kindly post it up here? I dying of anxiety. thanks!

no simpleton there is no ps3 there is one in the making yes but  not until lewwe say average 5 -7 years anyway this is unnecessary cause ps2 came out in late 2000 verry stupid marketing tactic fuh dem to waste  millions on another platform

they were planning to release the ps3 in 2005 but pushed it to 2006...

Spinner is absolutely rite they eh even done research the CELL processor so it's a Long ways off mods lock this thred it's not feasible at the moment later on like 1 yr b4 the ps3 comes out then it's appropriate

yeah basically hevery 5 years a new console comes out. i dunno i think they should slow that down a bit cuz i don't even think the PS2 developers have even come close to
their full potential.

You know i could have sworn that because some folk could type, they can also read. Any way, we all know that IBM was granted the contract to produce the cell chip, and we all know that sony did create another machine, the psx. The machine with all the things the ps2 did not have?
I could have also sworn that i asked for input, not lame coments that seemed clever at the time it ran across your mind, i not calling any names, buy q know who q are. Well i guess, some people have constructive things to say, and some just think they have.
