Been so caught up in the game, I completely forgot about this post again, so far were up to 14 trini's in our guild on the Jade Quarry Server, and we've been doing lots of dungeon farming trying to gear up all our characters and to a lesser extent playing WvW and sPvP.

Just figured i'd post this as proof after hitting 100% of map last week

Just woke up there, was a long night of playing and hammering that login server to get a decent name. I'll make  a post with everyones main character when i'm able to connect the server and check my friend list, but for now you can add me to your friend list. My main character name is "Milk Shake"

So just wanted to post that "Jade Quarry" on the American Server List will be our Main server for when the game launches. The headstart event will be going live later tonight and ofcourse i'll be taking part in it.

If you mean pricing for the game you can find it here
https://buy.guildwars2.com/en/

If your talking about monthly fees, Guild Wars 2 does not have any monthly fees, so once you buy it a copy your set.

I think we'll all be doing everything but i believe the most popular mode for us might be World vs World PvP as most of us are old Lineage 2 MMO players. We were just in structured PvP because stress test is really short so u cant really get to much done and well servers gonna get wiped soon either way. As it is tho we are all on Jade Quarry server but thats not final just yet tho, once i find out for sure i'll make sure and post before the head start launch so you can check back the forum to make sure.

Everybody in these lists are Trini, also theses are the names they go by in General but not necessarily the names they will use in game, after the launch i'll make a post of everyone's main character names in game.

Friends that bought the game and will be playing during head start event:

Enishi
LimitGTX
Mysterio
OrochiNick
RenshV10
Rohan
Roopha
Silverneck

Friends that are buying the game month end:

Herbzman
Rayneir

hey ppl haven't been on this forum in a while, but i just had to check and see if any of my friends from here are going to play the EPICNESS that is Guild Wars 2 =]    So far i think i've have about 7 trini friends that have already picked up the game and were all gonna play on the same server. So far we've just been messing around in beta/ stress test stuff. Oh and my small channel on youtube it only has 2 videos of a couple of us playing in pvp but i plan to add more random fun stuff once the game launches, if anyone interested i can post the names of the ppl and server we will be playing on at launch

psn is slow, compared to any similar servers such as, XBL, Steam or Apple Store, psn does not actually show its dload speed, but i know it doesn't hit 1mb down, more like 600k-700k max on a good day, but i'm only speaking of its speed related to trinidad, i've heard some ppl say before its faster in america, just like XBL.

As for blacklight Tango down, it looks decent but with such a huge number of A+ quality shooters comming soon like Medal of Honor, COD Black Ops, Crysis 2, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Halo: Reach(xbox game ofc)  and others afterwards like Killzone 2, socom 4, Gears of War 3.  Shooter Fans are going to be in Bliss this year so it hard to spend money on Blacklight Tango down for a game that i know will only play for maybe 2 months max, and will most likely have a small community of players that have the game. I'd rather just keep my cash for later when the "big"games hit, that lots of people going to be playing

Any Retail Disc Shooters you guys want above the rest? cause honestly i have no clue which one is better than the other atm

sooooooooo  where do i sign up to be part of a local SC2 clan?....    i aint Pro with all the uber micro skillz like what u see in the korean events, but i've clocked a decent amount of hours in the first SC and played some of SC2 beta to have an idea of how to play.

Yeah arcmanov its is pretty annoying to setup at first, I have windows 7 64bit so when i first installed the ps3 control drivers it was a nightmare to get working correctly, found this guide that worked for me to get the control working with a wire correctly
http://www.hardcoreware.net/how-to-playstation-3-controller-64-bit-windows-7-vista/

After that i just followed this for wireless to work correctly
http://www.motioninjoy.com/blog/show/9

I did all that stuff back when thoses links had the current versions of the program, since then i have used DS3_Tools auto update to patch up to the current version, so at the moment i'm using  DS3_TOOL 0.5.0003

it does take quite a while to get it setup, but once its done just press the button on the ps3 control and it connects to the pc no problems whenever u use your pc.  if u want to use the control on ps3 again just connect it with the wire and it will sync back to ps3, when your done connect the control back to pc with the wire, run the DS3 Tool and pair the control back to PC and your set to go again.

Street fighter 4 works great with ps3 control on pc, same other games i've tried like deadspace, hawx and assassin creed 2.

I don't think the hardcore PS3 players have the PC version though.
Like u aint know na.....  "hardcore" isn't a word to be taken lightly Arcmanov =]

have both ps3 and pc badcompany 2 and u can see, the ps3 control connected bluetooth to my pc...
That said i still think this is very true no matter how u look at it... *points below*  :yay:

lol current game controlers just cant' win against the extremely powerful mice we have today

Still tho i really love how accurate i am in resident evil 4 on Wii, i get a crazy amount of headshots very easy so i'm waiting to see what PS3 "Move" can bring, cuz i'm telling you the tables might actually turn since that thing is now using a 3Dspace for accuracy rather than a mice's 2D like flat surface... x_x
