If you're budget is 800USD you wont be able to consider liquid cooling... unless you are planning to use an all-in-one unit to cool your CPU only...
If you're not planning on over-clocking, then no liquid cooling is not worth the money... if you are then yes it is
also in my experience liquid cooling does not require significantly more maintenance than air cooling... its the initial investment in time and money that's high

Yea normal case woth 3rd party sellers when a product is rare...
Best to Just see what's the most recent equivalent to the card in terms of performance and use that as your starting guide for used pricing...

the option exists...whereas it didn't before.
That is still absolutely fantastic news. I only see 12 games excluded on that site and steam has thousands of games. small thing.
Valve has been great to us gamers with those ridiculous prices on top titles over the years. Now they are going to allow us to share that library with family members.
What's not to like??
agree 100%... no other company has come even close to offering what valve offers and now they adding more to it...

And before I said my recommendation for buying the device is to wait neways, same one I would give for the ip5s on release...
U honestly wasting my time.. So I will stop defending microkia and leave u to ur ridiculous pricing

Oh "all other phones does be expensive at launch" is just blowing smoke and not answering my question at all.
which is what exactly? cuz i see naught of you asking for anything... i saw plenty of repeating that the price is ridiculous and posting links on amazon... and claiming that you looked ^o)

Don't fight down the issue for fight down sake. The price is what it is....INSANE. When that changes, do let me know.
that's the dead horse you have been beating... and no one as yet disagreed that all launch price of high end smartphones are ridiculous... what we've been saying is it WILL remain that way until the phone hits mainstream... additionally, it is the normal process of things... we get it... no need to rinse and repeat.. where you start to come of topic is by saying crap like.. its expensive compared to the nexus @ 350 and s4 @ 600... phones that have been mainstream for a few months, and also of lesser technology.. that has nothing to do with finding a reasonable price for the lumia... if you are willing to consider this phone for your wife, my recommendation to you is WAIT... my recommendation to anybody on newly launched devices are to wait.. in a couple of months the price usually drops significantly... next time when an nvidia device launches i should go in that product specific thread and say damn thats expensive, it have a amd card that launch 6 months ago that is cheaper

Omg why keep comparing price of phones that have been released for months, with a phone of far superior tech that has only been barely released. Go compare it to the s4 launch price... Only early adopters that could afford to swing cash buys brand new unlocked high end devices... Most of the regular folk like you and me usually wait a couple months dont single out this device... at launch ALL unlocked high end smartphones retail for a ridiculous price... Good stuff, and it's great that they got to keep the Wii, so it wasnt just a one day hype and then back to regular life

Say what you will about my comment.
My argument has been borne out by the price cut. In my opinion, it's still not enough.
...
Microkia needs to provide a more solid incentive for Surface Pro to fly off the shelf. $899...and Windows 8...ain't cutting it.
i think everybody agrees that a lower price point will see sales surge, but that lower price point is not reasonable at this time, and may not be until the surface 2 is released. on a side note, surface pro 128gb can be had for as low 800usd

Posts solely discussing the Microsoft Surface Pro pricing have been split into the Surface Pro pricing thread.

The number of apps people use that require a full fledged PC is quickly shrinking.
Wyatt... in that case then the surface RT and Microsoft ARM devices will be relevant don't you think? What killed RT is the Marketing and differentiation by microsoft, if they had sold it as just Microsoft surface, a windows tablet at that price it probably would've sold just fine. It's amazing how easily ignorance can be used to gain public acceptance and sales. Everybody was waiting around for the surface pro because the RT was marketed/promoted as incomplete, but when the Pro dropped at that price point it was hard for people to justify purchasing a "tablet" at that price, even though it is significantly more than a tablet. People that are using iPad's clearly dont require desktop apps, but still they saw the lack of a traditional desktop on the RT as a game-breaker lol.

Guys stop being ridiculous... The device has barely been released to more than att (most unlocked suppliers are still on preorder) and is selling for between 200-300usd with a plan which is what all regular high end smart phones sell for at launch
Wait for the device to become mainstream and stop gawking at price, all high end smart phones are comparable at this price on initial release, much less for a revolutionary device... Hell when the iPhone 5 release it was 800+usd..
You could swear allyuh dont know that's how it works already eh

Lol and I totally agree, they're aiming for 15% in two years.. Pretty reasonable if you ask me...
What I see however is a definite 3rd competitor that will ensure pretty good competition..
They were also able to get into the mid range faster than apple (with the Lumia 520) and seem poised to sustain and even increase nokias feature phone dominance as a lead in to smartphones.
Any tech person would welcome this competition, it fosters innovation all around

I posted articles... U spoke some crap about al jazeera... IDC and kantar posted that windows phone is here to stay based on the growth...
All the people that claimed Microsoft were late to the game before were proven wrong.. Now they are in a stronger position and acquired a major asset you still riding on the late to the game sentiment
