I did not see this coming...

EXCLUSIVE: 'SPIDER-MAN 4' SCRAPPED; SAM RAIMI & TOBEY MAGUIRE & CAST OUT; FRANCHISE REBOOT FOR 2012

"BREAKING NEWS! 2ND UPDATE: Mike Fleming and I have just confirmed that Sony Pictures decided today to reboot the Spider-Man franchise after franchise director Sam Raimi pulled out of Spider-Man 4 because he felt he couldn't make its summer release date and keep the film's creative integrity. This means that Raimi and the cast including star Tobey Maguire are out. There will be no Spider-Man 4. Instead, Mike Fleming is told, the studio will focus on a Summer 2012 reboot from a script by Jamie Vanderbilt with a new director and a new cast. All this took place today at meeting on the lot today. An official Sony Pictures news release about it is expected out now (see below)."

This is a pretty good vampire flick from Korea. It's about a priest who receives vamp blood via a transfusion.  I thought it started kinda slow but it turned out great in the end. Check it out (not for the squeamish though).

If you're familiar with James Cameron, then it's understandable if you believe this will be the Sci-Fi flick of the decade.

Cameron hasn't made a sci-fi flick since Terminator 2. This is also his first movie since Titanic (not counting all the docs he did in between).



This movie is supposed to have some incredible 3D tech that JC is pioneering himself. The budget is around 200mil.

Trine Gameplay Teaser Trailer 2008 (PSN, PC)

I'm currently playing through this and I'm loving it so far (even though I only finished the first part xD). As you can see in the trailer the visuals are beautiful. The physics engine is really cool as well. You basically have to use the styles of three different characters (knight, thief and wizard) to advance through the game. Has a nice story that's told in a narrative way as you move along.
