Oh sorry dude didn't read that part, lol.

Did you have uTorrent running when you scanned/tested the port? If not, try again with uTorrent running.

P.S. a quick port scan indicates only 3 ports open. none are the port I'm using for utorrent to accept remote connections.

Forward the ports? To do that go in NAT settings, not Firewall settings.

Sony PlayStation / Sony’s PS2 Domination Comes to End
« on: October 25, 2007, 02:10:02 PM »
Quote
Even though Sony PlayStation 2 game console has become the most successful game console ever with 120 million units sold, its era is coming to the end, as sales of the entertainment device have been declining in the recent months, some analysts believe. Considering weak adoption of the PlayStation 3, the waterfall of the PS2 sales may mean that Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. will find itself behind Nintendo and Microsoft.

“PlayStation 2 software sales fell 47% year-over-year to $85 million, representing a deceleration from the 33% year-over-year decline [in September, 2007]. While this substantial decline was inevitable, it is currently unclear whether the drop reflects consumer transition to next-gen software or weak spending patterns amongst the low-end consumer. Needless to say, with tougher comps ahead for PS2 software sales, we think that the PS2 may finally be on its way out of the industry for good,” said Deutsche Bank analyst Jeetil Patel, reports GameDailyBiz web-site.

Even though total available market of non-portable game consoles in the U.S. has been increasing in the most recent three months, sales of PlayStation 2 hardware has been declining. Even though the popularity of SCEI’s PS3 is weak, it is considerably higher than half a year ago, therefore, sales of PlayStation 2 might suffer because of that. Still, considering the fact that the PS2 retails for $129, whereas PS3 cost starting from $499, hence, the competition of the consoles from Sony is doubtful. On the other hand, popularity of Nintendo Wii at $249 price-point has been skyrocketing, whereas adoption of Microsoft Xbox 360 at $299 and $279 has been growing slowly, but surely.

Sony PlayStation 2 was the most popular game console in the USA, according to data by NPD group. If the recent price-cut on the PlayStation 3 does not drive sales of the latest game console by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. upwards, Sony will find itself on the third place in the game console world following Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360.

In September gamers bought 1.363 million game consoles in the U.S., according to NPD, of which there were 215 thousand of PlayStation 2 and 119.4 thousand of PlayStation 3. Meanwhile, Nintendo sold through 501 thousand of Wii, whereas Microsoft Xbox 360 was bought by 527.8 thousand of gamers in the USA.

Microsoft, Toshiba Reject Xbox 360 with HD DVD Development Claims.

Quote
Microsoft Corp. and Toshiba Corp. this week denied working on a version of Microsoft Xbox 360 game console with built-in HD DVD drive. Nonetheless, the fact that such rumours have been surfacing regularly for about two years now, it may eventually turn out that there is no smoke without fire.

“An Xbox with a built in HD DVD drive is critical. They and we are working on it. It also has to be more than a gaming machine. Microsoft recognizes this. A version of the device may also be sold under the Toshiba brand name,” an anonymous representative for Toshiba is reported to have said by Smarthouse web-site.

For the first time a rumour in regards HD DVD-equipped Microsoft Xbox 360 game console emerged in mid-December, 2005; the second time that the device emerged on horizon was in July, 2006, when Mark Whittard of Toshiba said that it was possible for Microsoft to develop a flavour of Xbox 360 with HD DVD drive inside; the third time when rumours about the product surfaced on a Taiwan-based web-site in September, 2006, with claims that Microsoft started development work on the device. Finally, Microsoft tipped a “new” HD DVD drive for the Xbox 360 in September, 2007, but then retracted the claim.

The rumours today include possibilities to release a version of Xbox 360 game console that would rival an anticipated media center flavour of Sony PlayStation 3 and would feature a TV-tuner and new multimedia software besides HD DVD drive incorporated inside.

“Toshiba has no comment to make on this matter. The Xbox 360 is not a Toshiba product,” a spokesman for Toshiba UK is reported to have said by Stuff.tv web-site. Microsoft reportedly also denied the possibility.

While Microsoft can enable future customers with capability to view HD DVD, the game machine itself is unlikely to benefit from that, as games for the console are expected to be oriented on typical Xbox 360 devices that only support typical DVDs. On the other hand, if Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.’s PlayStation 3 with built-in Blu-ray drive starts to outsell the Xbox 360 in the USA and Europe, Microsoft will have to seriously consider adding HD DVD drive or cutting the cost of its Xbox 360.

Call of Duty is also my choice (why is the CoD2 server on the Game Sweats section being neglected?!?!). I am yet to experience a good BF2 game though, which nobody seems to want to play.

Am also heavily into old school shooters like Serious Sam  (well it's old school for me). There is only a small community of us that still play this but it's still a lot of fun.

Hmmm well I didn't see The Protector in it's Americanized edited form, but in it's original state, known as  Tom Yum Goong. I liked it, but I can't say how it was different from the edited version since I didn't see that one (and have no intention to).

I'm not really into Star Trek myself but, does that look like the worst cast ever or what?

Karl Urban? Simon Pegg???

I really don't see these guys as Star Trek people.
