Hey guys haven't logged into gatt is a long while so now seeing this. Just letting u know if anyone interested in a VPN. I've been using Strong VPN and netflix since last November and it works like a charm. Strong VPN costs 55us a year and I never had a problem with them, so far. Speed is unrestricted and latency is low. I have it setup in work as well, cause I use netflix there sometimes to kill time during the day when things are slow. It also works with everything else I've tried it with that's limited to the US - hulu, amazon etc.
Could you elaborate on your use of Strong VPN specifically with Amazon VOD? Firstly, are you in Trinidad? I ask as some people here are not within our borders. Secondly, if you are in Trinidad did you have to set up a new Amazon account as I believe they require a US based credit card / address. Did you have to use entropay or some other work around for the credit card issue? You can message me the details if you like but others may be interested in your knowledge. Thanks.

That's not really a question anyone can definitively answer without having tested it themselves. If you have a Prime account, perhaps someone can test it for you though.
I guess I am going to have to be the one to try it out and report. I guess the only thing to overcome is the credit card. I wonder if the vtm would be an alternative?

I have a question regarding these VPN things. If I set up one would I be able to view Amazon's instant videos? Would hiding my IP address be sufficient?

Before I do this I want to know if anyone whose isp is TSTT did this. Still waiting on Jarrox but he is Flow and I am BLINK so there will still be questions on my part. BTW I have a ZHONE modem which is not one of the network routers dealt with on the site.

WHAT!!!! This is GREAT NEWS! Anyone with XBOX 360 and a TSTT 2mb package tried this yet? How did it work for you? I am very new to this stuff so I may need a walk through regarding changing settings on the modem...if I need to do so. Thanks.
Jarrox is actually using Netflix now, but he has a 50Mb package from Flow, not sure how the 2Mb from Blink will run with the video streaming, but i guess its worth a try. Message Jarrox on Xbox Live and ask him about his set-up.
Nice! Thanks Red. Will post the " how to dos" when I have it done.

Children in my class said that you can purchase HD movies in 1080 p on the PS3 network. Is that true or is there region blocking?

has anyone played limbo? I love the look of that game...wish it was on psn
I have played it. One of the best games i've played in 2010. Graphic style is very different and creepy but effective when it comes to hitting you with the hard puzzles thrown at you in the game. It's a shame it's not available for the other platfoms.
@ 3M_Chang. yeah local credit card works fine when linked with xbox but the card must have a U.S address tagged to it.
So yuh saying if I put my "skybox" address it could work? because I can't go beyond the address part.
Billing address needs to be the address on the card skybox is a shipping address
Is there no hope?
