Newbie Corner / I need HELP!!

hello everyone i need some help i have a blink modem and anytime i try to use utorrent it doesn't download, if i try to use lime wire it doesn't pick up any connection, i try to use world of warcraft it doesn't connect to the internet i try to use SAMP(San Andreas Multiplayer) neither does that work and i dont know what to do can i get some help please.
