lol, SC2 isn't shafting anybody.

You get more than your $$ worth with the single player alone, not even mentioning the multiplayer experience.

They have "noobified" the game such that new comers can get up to speed by hitting the campaign and challenges. Even a practice league where the gamers are slower and easier paced before facing off against pros.

Extreme attention to detail was placed on the interface and every other facet of the game to be honest. This is Chess on Steroids, polished to a shine.

It is very hard to find a flaw.

Not a perfect but definitely a 9/10 title. A list stuff.

Messiah made a very strong point. Many games, you have to force yourself to play the SP, just because you know...as a gamer, you feel you should.

Not SC2. The SP is compelling enough to keep you coming back to it. I played the thing to completion, pretty much non stop. That says a lot.

Haven't played SP to completion for 95% of the games I owned/acquired over the past 10 years.

SC2 now joins that prestigious (and very short) list featuring games like:

Halo
Half Life
Half Life 2
Dragon Age Origins
Borderlands
COD MW2
COD MW

Been playing BC2 and GoW3 (God of War 3) for the past months and still aint' finish the SP. Both great games but the sp just not as gripping as SC2s.

moral of the story and counter rant.....GET THE GAME! You won't regret it.....or your money back.

W1ntry you NEED to get this game...
i stayed on the phone for over 2 hrs waiting to purchase this game cuz battle.net was/is giving trouble... i havent played the sp yet.. just 2 missions... but i mostly buy games for the MP anyways... which to me is more compelling than a lot of other games i have experienced or in the same category.... SC2 is incomparable to most other games and should be categorized and classed as its own...

The only flaw i would say.. or i would take from DOW2 is .. cover system.. if units had a cover system instead of blatantly running in d open going commando it would add to the whole balance of imba protos/ zerg rush or whatever so as to give units a lil fighting chance at least...lol.. at lease marines develop a cover system.. that would not only BE cool .. but LOOK cool..

Wyatt... umm i beat the BC2 .. not gona give spoilers but.. i would stop while im ahead if i were you... i hate games where ... you;re on a team.. but the AI focus is on you... e.g. they bring out a Bradley and aim that shit at you while your teammate is 2 feet away from d tank going playing rambo.

Massiah (HOMO), me and bago on the gold right now, if we pair up with any1 else, would have 2 do 5 qualifying matches again, the system is so unbelieavably revised, blizzard is a menace to society yes, them dominate this ish....... working so proficient and efficiently.
