Super Paper Mario - Nintendo Wii
« on: May 30, 2007, 09:07:09 AM »
This new Wii Title with our favorite plumber in red and blue is a refreshing Wii title that will draw you in and keep you there for a long time. I just started playing this game, and already I am hooked. The new feature of changing from 2D to 3D while on your quest comes in super handy when facing the regular gumbas and koopa troopas. You can actually avoid enemies by switching views. Of course there is a limit in changing dimensions otherwise it would make the game too easy, in the form of a bar that depletes the longer you stay in the 3rd Dimension. The bar regenerates while in 2D mode. There is a new villain named Count Bleek who wants to destroy everything based on a prophecy. That same prophecy tells of a Hero in Red and Blue that will save the day. The storyline is well written, but long, but you get used to it. I would say this is a must have.
