DAM thats your score and u ent even OC card yet. guess am in troble early on. If i wasn't running on a stock cooler i mabe could have gotten higher score but even then my AMD 6000+ only goes to 3.4 - 3.5 GHz stable and how much can a overclocked card overclock further, and even then my 550watt PSU is pretty much maxed out. :(

..........telling u Kreaoss i mite have u pull out some guns for u next year?

Very impressive.  You accomplished what myself, and others, could not, but consider the
fact that you had to drive the voltage into danger territory to achieve this.  While its good for benchmarking,
it may not be so good for normal, everyday operation (well, unless you have liquid cooling of course).

All in all, very well done.

well still trying to completely stabilize the over clock @ 3.0+ GHz seems the trick now is to find the sweet spot in the ram timings.... was using 4-4-4-12 before and having some problems with getting to 3.0 boot into windows but tried 5-5-5-15 and so far no probs. later tonight i'll try 5-5-5-18 and shoot for 3.2.... also i'll have to try to drop the vcore...

Nope...won't work.  To achieve a higher CPU speed you will have to raise the Vcore.
Intel's spec regarding voltage is rather conservative (max=1.35V), but I like to err on the side
of caution.

You have spare parts if something goes wrong?  I do, and I STILL won't try what you're attempting.

Hmm does that mobo have the SB750 southbridge? if it doesn't you won't achieve THAT much of an OC, with it though i'd suspect 3.2 therebaouts.
