ok thanks to Arc's tt cooler, my idle temps are between 18 and 20 @ 3.2 and 24 @ 3.3
tweaked voltage and cpu pll, i know there are some other things to tweak, i really need to take off that cpu throttling thing grr butt

stable completely @ 3.2 with intel burn in, ran 10 test never passed 55 degrees

decided to try a lil something
3294 Mhz
lower oc on card than before
muhahahaha new score beaches!!

Unless you running your cou at 1.7, 1.8v and heating up to 100degrees, chances of blowing it up are slim.

think the one arc have is 92mm as apposed to that monstrous 120mm one you have there, but I stand to be corrected.

No...thats what I'm currently using on my i7. What I sold Crixx was a Thermalright Ultima-90.
Read some reviews. You'll see that its a mighty fine cooler. Just as capable as its bigger brother.

It would be foolhardy to use such a small cooler on an i7 CPU.

same processor
new psu and gfx card
new oc settings
i tired so i just posting this one. The card cant oc much, i hate that about new cards.
But i think tomorrow i will push for a 3.6 or higher cpu oc

3.6 GHz with a Q6600 is a stretch with a 92mm HSF, but its not impossible.
The best I was able to get, even with a lapped one was 3.4 (I think).

You will have to get vicious with the Vcore, PLL, and chipset voltages to get to 3.6.
You may need a bigger cooler too.
