nah man it all about the fun and doing what we enjoy doing overclock.... i am pretty sure you can hit 52k with that system. you barely overclock the card the CPU can hit like 4.8Ghzs.

I was looking to secure a top 10 spot

but the rate these fellas going nowadays, even a top 10 spot on the leaderboard going to require a super beast of a gaming rig.

Like PCs making a comeback. Had a time the top three contenders on the list were ruling without challenge for years.

My how things have changed.

I realize I lost that battle years ago.  :laughing7:

Right now all I concerned with is making sure BF3 could run at 60 fps at 1920 x 1080. :happy0203:  Don't have to break the bank to do that.

I'll leave the serious 'competition' to those with substantially deeper pockets.  The value just isn't there (for me at least) anymore.  :ko:
Of course, that doesn't mean the rig won't be semi-beastly.  Not by a LONG-shot.  :)
