Well basically the spectre is Hal Jordan the first green lantern who became a powerful being known as parallex or something and then died only to be resurrected as the spectre as the spectre he has near limitless powers. Ghost can't stop talking about him

True soveriegn is powerful but the spectre is not without his own power and should at less make it up to soveriegn's sidekick or Alfred don't just label him shoe shiner that Just wrong
