dey should make a remake of it on the new consoles

Yeah.Samurai Showdow was a good game especially 4.They really should remake it for the newer consoles.

um hello ? samurai shodown zero is coming out . Playmore is porting the KOF Series to the PS2 so look out for SSZ on PS early next year if the trend holds up

Ne one ever play 5 on the PS....brrrr *me shudders at though of game. Other than the poor poor 3d engine they introduced, the chars. on that game looked descent and Nakourou( i spelled correctly?) became a nature goddess( or something so, cyah exactly remember). Oh yea, and Haoumaru(did i spell this correct??) is an old fogey :twisted:

I think 3 was the worst in the series.

1 ,2 and 4 are where its at.

All yuh smokin d la la la or someting? How d hell 3 is d worst. In my opinion none is the worst, all of dem was good. When SS1 now come out, it waz D game, but when 2 come out..... WHAT MORE YUH COULD WANT. A whole batch of new characters, but with the same hard slash action? 3 sported a whole new look, but it was welcomed and 4 had more chars. than 3 and the fighting mechanics was tweaked just A LITTLE.

don’t get me wrong SS4 is a good game but it lacks debt, the best fighting game ever is Tekken 4 then SC II I dissagree with me or not I know we all agree that Virtua fighter 4 / evo is nowhere on the list of great fighters. I'll honestly play booldy roar before i play virtua fighter, i get disguted at the thought i actually bought this game, i would sell it but it makes my collection look big

Tekken 4 is lame compared to Soul Calibur 2. The 3d movement is limited, the hit detection is poor, the guard recovery on certain techniques is unbearable. The Soul Calibur series is the most balanced fighting games you can find anywhere.

being one of the better fighting games out there
but really and truly my favourite is Guilty Gear x2

Sam Sho is one of the baddest sword wielding vs games there is......and is the daddeee of great games like Soul Caliber 1 & 2. Sam sho is a title to be respected.
