thought i'd create this thread for the marvel players we may have... itss one of the more controversial PS2 games due to its gameplay.... alot of the original marvel vs. capcom players  have taken a huge likeing to the game however... anyway down to business... thought i'd put the question out there...:
Jin  is one of the characters with an infinite combo in the game which is down by  Hp , dash forward crounching lp , crouching Hp , dash forward crouching Lp and repeat... what is the set up combo / move for this infinte. Hopefully if New Era Has Time He May Know But Looking forward for anyone to answer. Also , videos showing the combos would be appreciated so feel free to send links

That infinite only works on certain players , Megaman ,Roll and Servbot to be more precise. its a corner infinite so if you get em in the corner thats the time to do it, timing is way stiff though.

AHVB x 4.  The great thing about this is that it kills EVERYBODY!!!!

Yowch. You just named virtually every charcter that's best suited to back-up Magneto. Well, you could never go wrong with a projectile-type assist, in my opinion.
Iron Man and Mega Man should suit your needs quite nicely.
Of course, if you REALLY want to nag your opponent, use Tron Bonne's Gamma Assist and open them up to some really decent damage.

We've really got to start getting the ball rolling on this thread. Anyway, during my stay on the ShoRyuKen forums, I found out that people judge characters in the game and how they play by means of a Tier system.
Those characters in the Top Tier are the best characters to use in the game, Assist and Stand-Alone, and are very versatile no matter how many ways you slice it. They are so good, they're practically UNBEATABLE in the right hands (hence one of the names given to this tier, GOD Tier)

Other tiers include Semi-Top Tier, Average Tier and Bottom tier. In your opinion, which fighters do you see fitting into each of these categories? I'll post up mine, and soon.

um  well all games that i know have tier systems .

It's supposed to show basically how quickly and efficiently a character can wipe the floor with you. However aside from the absolute top tiers, it can be different in different places.

For MVC2 I can only remember the top 4
Magneto
Storm
Cable
Sentinel
