WTF next to supply center? you was playing a drunk man? tunnel networks are good to have around, hey speed up transport and rebuild your buildings once some wreckage remains . Pathfinders are good for taking out GLA defences , they kill the men manning the missle launchers.
GLA are TERRORISTS , they avoid open battles cause their tanks suck . they use angry mobs and suicide bombers to destroy nme tanks and their toxin tractors will mop up the rest .
Chinese are swarmers . They build up 15-20 tanks , a few overlords with propoganda towers [ speeds up firing rate , heals units ] and hundreds of troops then they storm the nme bases .
The us are BUSH PEOPLE . they complain and whine and will send you the huge construction bills . They use air power and tanks to overcome most nmes , the flashbangs are the best way to kill units and garrisons

oooooooooo i learnt a very cheep tactic from a friend
overlords dont see over the hils and they cant fire while on an hil so place demo charges right at the top of the hill

you can also use dis cheap tactic

tell your friend yur "optimising the settings for increased visual performance " , turn up the graphics to HI and res to 1600x1200. Watch as he finally builds his barracks after the first 15 min .

usually my friends know when i play gla i liek my angry mob "Ak-47 for everyone! AIYE!!!" but they does die too fast...of course its go to surround them with quad cannons and that bus u get in zero hour so u can take down air units...i love angry mob

you does see a big big dot on the mini map thas my mob they real powerful. 5 could take down overlord like nuttin

a great strategy against angry mobs : make a flame wall , keep flame tanks alive.. they can't pass without dying. and gla have no air power to get to them.

flame walls also will prevent heroes from infiltrating base.

yes butterknife in order to run out with angry mobs
you must have some good reinforcements
1 MiG or a Raptor takin down a whole angry mob
if they are upgraded worse yet
black napalm in yuh @$$
and a helix-2 is a overlord in the sky
so gla really has no great advantage over china

o and here is a tip to use against gla in a 2 person map

as the game starts
send the construction dozer directly toward your enemies base
and que another construction dozer and radar
by that time
the first dozer would have reached your enemies base
and your enemy would not have any base defences or any infantry to attack you as yet
so what you do is
ride over his workers
and this would possibly give you enough time to build a gattling cannon in their base
(while all of this is going on in your enemies base, the other dozer should have built a nuclear reactor and begun construction on a supply centre)
when gattling cannon is finish
it would be able to attack any units in the surrounding area
possibly taking out workers and if enemy has constucted a barracks, any infantry
then you construct a barracks in your enemies base
and use your infantry to wipe out his minute base

of course this doesnt always work
but there is 75% chance of succeeding depending on how knowledged your opponent is of the game

I havent played this for a while so I speed isnt up to mark. Which allowed people like hellraiser to beat me. Weak!.

However. GLA is good. Just that ther are really abused in the original.

Seceret to GLA is quantity, lock down money as much as yu can.

Against Overlords pile on those rocket buggys they are fast and take em down quick with the upgrades.

A good GLA player requires a lot of micro because of their structure.

a good GLA player can pwn anyone else...

but if someone got a pathfinder close to your base.. joo dead... he will snipe all the people in your stinger sites leaving them open to attack, and he can kill all your workers.
