Wait wait, now I confused.
Three of them. One obviously is Konan. Then there's the youth whose eye they show in the last panel and say "The birth of Pain!". That's Nagato. Then there's the one that looks like the Pain that addresses the Akatsuki getherings. That's Yahiko.

I guess you're right about the eyes, I didn't notice that. I was more seeing that they were only showing one, like they do with Tobi.

So then if we follow current trend.....Pein/pain killed Yahiko and using his body to address the Akatsuki?

I thinkin that as well. a kakashi-obito "becoming one" kinda scene. konan did say that they're following 'his' ideals.

Now whilst I agree that Naruto took a course down $hit story lane a while back did anyone read what the Rinhoweveryouspellitdoujutsu stands for? the name is simply made up of words to mean a specific thing... life, death and the cycle thereof, which will inherently have a link to his many body jutsu... I agree the name SUCKS B@LLZ (the dragon variety) but hey I say give it a chance, in the least we'll get to see some bad@$$ jutsu in an epic fight of Sanin vs. The ultimate doujutsu... on the other hand, that doesn't quite explain why someone as powerful as he would be working UNDER a mere 'sharingan' user, if his doujutsu is more powerful....

in the end.. naruto will have to face pein... after quite some time and NUFF arcs.......but naruto WILL duss him out.... with sask-gay' s help. of course..lol

sasuke will kill itachi.... and come back to the leaf..

I don't think it's any less slapdash than any of his other names. Also, it's possible that he's not working "under" him...but rather, working "for" him. Pein is above all things a mercenary and warlord and to be honest they've really not defined their relationship at all. I always though it was weird that Tobi would tell him "You're the akatsuki leader," if he actually wasn't and he himself was. More and more I think there's a sort of symbiosis between the two where both their goals can be realised in the same plan.

I think we should remember that we're dealing with Madara having the SHARINGAN here.
Rin'negan may be the s*** right now but you better believe that when Tobi's turn comes his Sharingan will make Rin'negan look like crap. That *is* how shounen works after all.

Expect Kishi to reach brand new levels of pullitoutyourass-itis when Madara reveals his third level sharingan (MS being 2nd).
And if that isn't enough you *know* Orochimaru gonna come back after the next time skip like a baller that would wipe his shoes on even Madara. We all remember the Frieza -> Cell -> Buu progression after all.

I wouldn't mind Naruto going on forever once it maintains a good plot , and we see naruto become hokage in the year 2015 or something .

I still think the Sharingan is the coolest looking...

Revealing the Ren'negan is timely , soon we'll learn the origins of the Sharingan which i feel is either an evolution/adaptation of Byakugan.. or somehow related to the Ren'negan through some mythical thing..

Apparantly the sharingan is 'cursed chakra' ,
