^^ Exactly, all i could remember that they were saying was that danzo wanted to be hokage, nothing about him being as strong as the 3rd hokage.

And civil war in konoha, at this stage, the hidden leaf village will be totally destroyed leaving the fire country vulnerable for attacks from other countries as well.
Wouldn't exactly be the smartest course of action for the betterment of the village would it?

The question now is how wil Yondaime help naruto bring the kyubi under control. Anyone notice something about the junchurikis? so far the ones we've seen (gaara, 2 tails, 8 tails, Naruto) with the exception of Naruto (who is the youngest save gaara) they can all undergo FULL transformation without suffering damage to their own bodies and also can control the tailed beasts powers ALOT better. I rule it out to experience.... but also keep in mind it has to do with the techniques used to seal away the beasts. So far 8 tails is the boss hands down, but considering that Pain seemed to be surprised at the 8 tails being able to break out of his jutsu... and considering they've defeated almost all the others (1-7) it would suggest that the 9 tails far surpasses everything they've encountered so far... so when naruto can really control it properly... it will truly be something to behold.
