lots of people are willing to put out the money and time to set up a nu ISP... but the government has NO LEGISLATION pertaining to whether or not such a thing is LEGAL . All they have is the damned communications act which has a million loopholes to be exploited... but tstt can bribe judges and ministers to say its illegal
